Brief Introduction to the Structure of 747 Rapier Loom

1. Let off mechanism
In the weaving process, the warp and weft are interwoven into a fabric and then continuously rolled away. In order to ensure the continuous progress of the weaving process, the let off mechanism sends out appropriate length of warp to supplement, so that the warp tension on the loom is strictly controlled within a certain range.
2. Opening mechanism
GT221 dobby device is adopted. The opening type of the device is semi open shed and double action type. Using Hartsley reciprocating working principle, the whole machine can accommodate 16 heald frames. The dobby has a total of 20 heald arms, four of which are for color selection. The mechanism adopts negative constant tension spring to recover the heald. The heald frame is lifted and lowered by the heald arm driven by the probe, vertical needle, up and down hooks, broaches, and short link of the blade according to the weaving process and the signal sent by the patterned paper.
3. Weft insertion mechanism
Rapier weft insertion is a weft insertion device composed of flexible or rigid rapiers and rapiers. The rapiers hold the weft and transmit it to the shed for weft insertion. Rapier loom is the most applicable loom among all kinds of shuttleless looms. It can use all kinds of raw materials to weave all kinds of fabrics, especially suitable for small batch and multi variety fabric production. At the same time, the components of the rapier weft insertion mechanism include rapier head, rapier belt, rapier wheel and guide components.
4. Conjugate cam shedding mechanism
5. Beating up mechanism
The main function of the beating up mechanism is to push the weft yarn introduced into the shed to the loom, so that it can be closely interwoven with the warp yarn to form a fabric. The beating up mechanism used in rapier looms belongs to the linkage beating up mechanism, and the linkage mechanism has four linkage mechanisms and six linkage mechanisms.
6. Crimping mechanism
The take-up mechanism adopted by the GA747 loom is a positive wheel intermittent take-up. The swing seat installed on the reed foot drives the connecting rod and the supporting teeth, and the take-up roller is driven by the worm gear to realize crimping. When the box foot 1 swings from the rear beam to the breast beam, the driving pawl 4 moves to the rear of the machine through the take-up finger 2 and the take-up rod 3. The driving pawl drives the ratchet wheel 5, and drives the gear 11 installed at the take-up end of the pawl shaft through the change gears 6, 7 and the gears 8, 9 and 10, so that the pawl roller 12 rotates and the fabric is wound onto the cloth roller. When the reed foot swings from the breast beam to the rear beam, the driving pawl slides over the tooth surface of the ratchet, and the ratchet is supported by the holding pawl 13, so that it will not reverse due to the tension of the fabric. When the shed is short of weft, the holding pawl and the driving pawl are picked up by a special device. The ratchet wheel reverses under the effect of fabric tension and exits the fabric until the adjusting screw at the right end of the slot hole of the anti retracting pawl 14 meets its support 15.
